Whaaaaat? Are you telling me that even though our relationship is awesome,
we can actually take it to a whole 'nother level?!
I'm not a counselor, nor a therapist. What I am is someone who loves love. And I love seeing relationships that stand the test of time. Unfortunately marriage statistics in Australia don't paint that picture, so I've gone out and got the training to be a relationship skills educator.

You are getting married, so you are loved up right now. Most of you probably live together already, you might have kids already, or been together a decade, I get it, you don't need "help", you have an amazing relationship already, but as life chugs along, events happen that are outside your control, and learning the skills to cope together through those events will make the ride so much easier.

Relationships are not rocket science. Everything is common sense. But life gets busy and often we need to be able to take a step back and look at things objectively. Now that is not easy, because we are all emotional beings (especially the ones who bottle it all up). But the good news is that there are really easy skills that can be learned. Learn it with the person you love, the one you want to spend the rest of your life with.

A Prepare Enrich program is designed to help couples develop strong, healthy relationships. After millions of couples doing this program over the 30 years it's been around, couples who do this statistically last 12 years longer.
The program covers a wide range of topics, including communication, conflict resolution, financial management, and personal and family history. By participating in a Prepare Enrich course, couples can learn valuable skills and strategies for building a successful, long-lasting marriage.
In addition, the program provides couples with personalised feedback and guidance from a trained facilitator, me, helping them to identify and address potential challenges and areas for growth in their relationship. I don't judge, I don't counsel, I'm just there to show you exercises and resources that make you lay the foundation for a strong, healthy marriage.

And it can be fun! You are learning about each other! If you love personality tests then you will love this! Benefits? Manage and verbalise expectations, it starts a conversation, it creates a curiosity, it stimulates a dialog, and it provides a lot of awareness about the couple and the individual.

What does it entail? $1175 gets you 4 x 1.5 hour sessions at my office in Highgate (a wine or coffee included!) or via Zoom.
You'll also get an exercise workbook each, a couples report at the end, and a deeper, stronger, healthier relationship.
